He earned a promotion to the role of Service Desk Technician, where his problem-solving skills and client-focused approach contributed greatly to our client’s success. Recognizing Drew's leadership potential, he was swiftly elevated to Lead Service Desk Technician. Now, Drew has risen to the leadership role of Service Desk Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service desk, triage, and field engineer team.
