Who We Are
We are a founder-led, locally owned managed services and technology advisory company headquartered in downtown Birmingham. Our managed services division specializes in healthcare practices, financial services firms, and professional services firms. Our Enterprise Technology Advisors division handles connectivity and voice for businesses of every kind.
Everything we do runs on documented process: a 15-minute critical response standard written into every agreement, complete documentation on every ticket, and weekly internal audits of our own hygiene. We hold ourselves to a published standard because we ask our clients to hold us to it too.

Chief Executive Officer. Sets the vision, owns the verticals strategy, and personally leads the AI practice direction.

Director of Networking & Security. Owns technical architecture, security engineering, compliance frameworks, and Tier 3 escalation.
IT Director. Owns service delivery: the help desk, escalation discipline, and the weekly hygiene audits behind our response commitments.
Director of Sales & Revenue. Leads new client engagement for the MSP and the Enterprise Technology Advisors division.
Director of Finance. Owns financial operations, so client billing is as disciplined as client tickets.
