AI Managed Services

Govern the AI you have. Deploy the AI you need.

Most providers sell AI hype. We sell AI control: find what your employees already use, secure it under HIPAA and Reg S-P obligations, then deploy the AI assistant your team actually wants, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude Enterprise, plus custom AI where it actually pays.

What is shadow AI, and why is it your first problem?

Shadow AI is the use of AI tools by employees without IT approval, governance, or logging: patient summaries pasted into free chatbots, client portfolios uploaded to personal AI accounts, meeting recordings transcribed by unvetted apps. It leaves no trace in traditional security tooling, which is why most leadership teams discover it only after the data is gone. Governance has to come before deployment, because you cannot secure what you have not found.

The anonymous AI Shadow Survey

A unique survey link goes to your employees anonymously. No firewall logs to request, no DNS exports, no awkward conversation with your current IT provider. In days, you see exactly which AI tools are in use across your organization and where sensitive data is most exposed.

Start the Survey

You do not have an AI adoption decision to make. Your employees made it already. You have a governance decision to make.

Three Service Packages

How our AI practice is structured

Every engagement maps to one of three packages. Most clients start with governance and graduate forward.

1. AI Governance & Security

Discover, control, and monitor AI usage across your organization, on the stack you already run. Microsoft environments: Purview, DSPM for AI, sensitivity labels, and Defender for Cloud Apps, covering Copilot and third-party AI like ChatGPT and Claude under one governance plane, with a Standard track for E3 and Business Premium using our toolkit and structured monitoring. Google Workspace environments: Workspace DLP, context-aware access, audit logging, and Gemini governed under the Workspace agreement, with browser-level controls for third-party AI. Same discipline, matched to your stack.

2. AI Deployment & Enablement

Licensing strategy, data readiness, and permission hygiene before rollout, then governed deployment of the AI assistant that fits your team: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude Enterprise. We handle vendor selection, BAA and compliance due diligence, role-based training, and adoption management. Deployment without governance is how AI incidents happen. We sequence it correctly.

3. Custom AI Solutions

Purpose-built AI applications for workflows off the shelf tools cannot reach: intake automation, document processing, client communication, and internal knowledge systems, built and operated under your compliance requirements.

Seat-Based Tiers

Simple per-user pricing layered onto your existing agreement. No separate AI contract, no surprise project invoices.

Govern

AI-Governed

+$8 per user / month

  • Shadow AI discovery and ongoing monitoring
  • AI acceptable use policy, deployed and enforced
  • Data loss controls for AI destinations
  • Quarterly AI exposure reporting

Most Popular

AI-Enabled

+$20 per user / month

  • Everything in AI-Governed
  • Governed deployment of Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude Enterprise
  • Role-based training and adoption management
  • Usage analytics tied to business outcomes
  • AI vendor selection and BAA due diligence included

Full monitoring depth depends on your platform and licensing. Microsoft environments reach deepest control with E5 or Purview Suite; Google Workspace environments use Workspace-native controls plus browser-level DLP. We model your exact path, with real costs, inside the AI Readiness Assessment. Nothing is required before the assessment.

Advance

AI-Advanced

+$45 per user / month

  • Everything in AI-Enabled
  • Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite alignment
  • Assistant plus Agent 365 agent governance
  • Custom agent design and lifecycle management

Custom agents can also be priced per agent as a flat monthly fee instead of per user. We scope this in your assessment.

Licensing note: Microsoft 365 pricing changes took effect July 1. If your renewal lands in the next two quarters, your licensing plan should be decided before it renews, not after. We will model it for you inside the AI Readiness Assessment. Google Workspace clients: the same assessment models your Workspace edition and AI controls; no Microsoft licensing is involved.

Built for Regulated Data

AI governance that holds up under HIPAA and Reg S-P

Healthcare

PHI cannot train someone else's model. We map AI data flows against HIPAA obligations, control them with sensitivity labels and DLP, and document everything for your Security Risk Analysis.

Financial Services

Client data in unmanaged AI accounts is a service provider oversight failure waiting for an examiner. Our governance evidence slots directly into your Reg S-P and GLBA documentation.

Leadership Reporting

Quarterly AI exposure reports in plain language: what is in use, what changed, what was blocked, and what to decide next. Board-ready, not log files.

Straight Answers

AI services questions

What is an AI Readiness Assessment?
A structured engagement that documents which AI tools your business actually uses, where sensitive data is exposed, which Microsoft licenses and controls you have versus need, and a prioritized roadmap for governing and deploying AI safely. You keep the findings regardless of what you do next. The assessment also includes AI vendor selection: which assistant fits your workflows, which plans carry a signed BAA, and what each path costs.
Do we need Microsoft E5 licensing to govern AI?
No. Governance is delivered on the stack you run. Microsoft environments have a Premium track using Purview, DSPM for AI, and Defender for Cloud Apps, and a Standard track for E3 and Business Premium. Google Workspace environments use Workspace DLP, context-aware access, and audit controls. License upgrades are a recommendation we model with numbers inside the assessment, never a prerequisite.
What is Microsoft 365 E7?
Microsoft 365 E7, the Frontier Suite, is Microsoft's top licensing tier at $99 per user per month, bundling Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent 365 agent management. We position E7 inside our AI-Advanced tier for firms ready to run AI agents in production with proper governance.
Can we use ChatGPT or Claude instead of Copilot?
Yes. Our governance layer runs on Microsoft Purview and DSPM for AI, which monitors ChatGPT Enterprise and other third-party AI tools alongside Copilot. We deploy and govern the assistant that fits your team: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude Enterprise. What matters for compliance is not which vendor you pick. It is that usage happens inside an enterprise tenant with a signed BAA, with data loss controls and monitoring in place, instead of on personal accounts.
Is ChatGPT or Claude HIPAA compliant?
Not by default, and not on any consumer or personal plan. OpenAI offers a BAA path through ChatGPT for Healthcare, and Anthropic offers a BAA on Claude Enterprise and its API, each with specific covered features and enablement steps. Microsoft Copilot is covered under the Microsoft 365 BAA. The dangerous gap is employees using personal accounts with no BAA at all. Our AI Readiness Assessment documents which path fits your compliance obligations before anything is deployed.
We run Google Workspace, not Microsoft 365. Can you still govern and deploy AI for us?
Yes. The governance approach is the same: find the AI in use, control where sensitive data can go, monitor continuously, and train your team. On Google Workspace we use Workspace DLP, context-aware access, and audit logging, and Gemini can operate under the Workspace agreement on covered editions. ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise deploy on either stack. The AI Readiness Assessment maps the right controls for your environment.
Can you block AI tools entirely instead?
You can, and it usually fails. Blanket blocks push usage to personal devices where you have zero visibility. Effective governance pairs approved, secured AI tools with monitoring of everything else. Give people a safe lane and most of them take it.
