Effective date: July 10, 2026. This policy explains what information Evolv I.T. collects through evolv.us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Evolv I.T. ("Evolv IT," "we," "us") is a managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI governance company headquartered at 1728 3rd Ave N, Suite 400, Birmingham, AL 35203. This policy covers the evolv.us website and the forms and assessment tools linked from it. It does not cover the separate agreements that govern our managed services for clients.
Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, book an assessment, sign up for a newsletter, or take a survey, we collect what you provide: typically your name, work email, phone number, company name, industry, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including website analytics tools.
Information we do not collect here. This website is a marketing site. We do not ask for or want protected health information (PHI), financial account numbers, or other sensitive records through these forms. Please do not submit them.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our marketing, such as our customer relationship management platform (which powers our forms and scheduling), website analytics providers, and email delivery services. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to measure site traffic. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If we use analytics tools, the data we review is aggregate site usage, not an attempt to identify individual visitors.
We keep inquiry and marketing information for as long as we have a business reason to hold it, such as an active conversation or your ongoing newsletter subscription, and then delete or de-identify it in the normal course of business.
Security is our business. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information the same way we advise our clients to protect theirs.
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site links to third-party sites and tools, including our survey and scheduling pages and our sister company evolvta.com. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
